So, let's talk about this. It's nothing controversial, just something that I know I've had an evolving opinion on over the years, so I'm curious to see what others think. When the e-readers first became popular, I was quite hesitant to use them. I liked having a book with me, I liked being able to turn a page and bookmark a page. I liked going to the store, wandering through the aisles and perusing the various titles until I found something that spoke to me. I liked putting the book on the counter. E-readers really didn't do it for me. It just felt different than reading an "actual" book.
Fast fast forward to now and there are still the original e-readers and now there are apps to put on your i-pad, tablet, and phone. I'm finding this more convenient, I'm finding my attachment to the actual physical copy of a book has decreased over time. I think having an app on your phone so you can fit in a few pages here or there is much less cumbersome than going everywhere with a book, in the event that you may have a few minutes to read.
